including the DailyShort APP version (hereinafter collectively referred to as "DailyShort", "we", "us" or
"our"), and incorporated into and subject to our User Terms of Service . In this Privacy Policy ("Policy"), we refer to our products and services as
"Services".
DailyShort has always been solemnly committed to protecting the privacy of the
users who use our products and services (collectively referred to as "users" or "you"). When you use the
Services, we may collect and use your personal data. The protection of your personal data is of

you upload, post, or make public your information in a public area where other users are visible to or

others' information, please contact us by following the instructions in Section X "How to Contact Us"

2. Your information shared by other users also shares information about you
provided by other users when using the service.
3. Information we obtain about you. Information we collect, aggregate, and
record when you use the Services, such as log information, location information, and device
information.
We collect and use your information for the following purposes
1. Help you complete registration and login
In order for us to provide you with services, you need to provide basic
registration or login information, such as mobile phone number (personal sensitive information), check
code matching result (personal sensitive information), date of birth and profile picture, etc., to
create an account (username and password).
You can also use the third-party platform account we support to log in to
DailyShort, in this case, we will obtain your relevant information (such as your nickname, profile photo)
under the third-party account according to your authorization.
Therefore, the above-mentioned personal data provided by you or obtained by us
from your third-party platform account with your authorization will be used for these purposes in order
to provide and perform services for you in accordance with your agreement with us. Without this personal
data, we cannot provide you with our services and you will not be able to log in or use
DailyShort.
You may also fill in your additional information (such as your location, height,
occupation, weight, education, annual income, profile, personal label, hobbies) during registration,
login or subsequent use, which helps us provide you with customized recommendations and better service
experience. However, if you do not provide this information, it will not affect the basic functions of
your use of our products and services.
2. Implement human verification
In order to verify your real identity and ensure the security of the system,
services and user property, you need to provide your real identity verification information in
accordance with applicable laws, regulations and regulatory requirements.
Please note that your profile photos and live photos belong to your sensitive
data, please provide them with caution. If you do not agree to provide such information, you may not be
able to obtain relevant services, but it will not affect your normal use of other functions and services
of DailyShort.
3. To provide you with search services
When you use the search function in DailyShort, we need to collect your search
terms, browsing history, browsing time, and the number of interactions with it. We collect this
information to provide you with the content you need and the services you may be more interested
in.

When you use DailyShort to upload, post, share certain information (including
text, comments, audio, video, pictures or other content), or follow, we will collect and display the
information you post or form in DailyShort, and have the right to display your nickname and profile
photo.
(1) When you upload your profile photo, conduct real-life verification, post
your audio profile or post your moment/status (including uploading, sharing pictures, text, audio,
video, etc.), we will apply for your permission to access your microphone, camera, photo, storage
permission, and collect the voice/audio, video, photo, picture, text and other content you provide
through such microphones and cameras. If you do not agree to give us permission, you may not be able to
obtain relevant services, but it will not affect your normal use of other functions and services of
DailyShort. Please note that the audio, photos, and videos you upload may contain your sensitive data, so
please provide them with caution. In addition, if the information you post involves someone else's
personal information, you should obtain their consent before posting.
(2) When you follow some user accounts you are interested in, or communicate and
interact with such user accounts (such as likes, comments, sharing content), we will collect the user
accounts you follow and show you the content posted by such accounts. At the same time, we will also
collect your interactions, comments, likes, and sharing content with other user accounts, and display or
push notifications to relevant users in DailyShort.
(3) When you send a virtual gift purchased in DailyShort to other users, we will
collect your profile photo/profile photo, nickname, gift data and display this information to other
users.
(4) When you use the "family" function in DailyShort, we will collect information
about your activities, including information about the family/group you have joined, such as the name of
the family/group, announcements, settings, members and their nicknames, and profile photos.
(5) In order to recommend nearby users to you or push personalized content, we
may request your permission to access your location information (personal sensitive information). If you
agree to give us such permission, we will collect and display your location information to other users.
You can turn off your location feature at any time. When you do, we will no longer collect your location
information or display it to other users.
5. To provide you with audio chat, voice chat, video chat services
When you use services such as audio chat, voice chat, video chat, etc., we will
apply for your permission to access your microphone and camera. If you do not agree to give us such
permission, you will not be able to use the relevant services, but your normal use of other functions in
DailyShort will not be affected.
6. To provide you with recharge and inquiry services
When you recharge (get gold coins at DailyShort), we will collect information
about your order and payment account. If you check the residual value of your virtual property in your
user account, we will collect and display it to you on the relevant page. Please note that the
information about your recharge, order, account and virtual property belongs to your sensitive
information, please provide and use it with caution.
7. Provide you with calendar-based recording and reminder services.
Only after you give us access to your calendar will we list your schedule in
your calendar and provide you with recording and reminder services.
8. Maintain account security, service operation, and optimize service
experience
When you use this service, in order to facilitate us to identify account
abnormalities, understand product applicability, provide basic services (such as browsing, search), and
maintain the normal operation of basic functions, we may automatically collect, store and process
information about your use of the service and how to use it, including:
(1) Log information: When you use this service, we may automatically collect
detailed information about your use of our service and save it as relevant network logs. The log
information we collect includes your login account, search content, IP Address, browser type, telecom
operator, network environment, language used, access date and time, as well as the total page browsing
records, push open records, dwell time, refresh records, post records, follow and subscribe records,
favorites and sharing records you visit.
(2) Device information: According to the specific permissions granted by you
during the installation and use of DailyShort, we will receive and record the device information you use
(including IMEI, MAC, serial, SIM card IMSI identification number, device type, operating system and its
version, APP version, resolution, software package name, device settings, process and software list,
unique Device ID, software and hardware function information), as well as device location information
(including IP Address, GPS location and other relevant information, such as WLAN access point, Bluetooth
sensor information, base station sensor).
In order to collect the above personal basic device information, we will apply
for permission to access your device information. We collect such information to provide you with our
basic services and functions. If you refuse to provide such permission, you may not be able to use the
service.
Please note that the device information and/or log information alone cannot
identify a specific natural person, so the device information and log information itself is non-personal
information. However, if such non-personal information is used in combination with other information to
identify a specific natural person, or in combination with other personal information, it will be
considered personal information during that combination. In the event of such combined use, it will be
treated as personal information and protected in accordance with this policy. Unless authorized by you
or otherwise provided by applicable laws and regulations, such personal information will be
anonymization and de-identification.
9. Provide you with Client Server or User Response Services
When you contact us for Client Server or user responses (such as inquiries,

public disclosure of de-identified personal information where the recipient of the data cannot
re-identify the natural person subject will not be considered as sharing, transferring, and public
disclosure of personal information. We may store and process such data without prior notice or your
consent.
How we store, preserve and protect information
We only retain your information for the period required for the purposes
described in this Policy and for the period required by applicable laws and regulations. If we terminate
the service, we will stop the collection of your personal information in a timely manner in accordance
with applicable laws and regulations. After the service is terminated, we will delete your personal
information or process it anonymization, unless otherwise stipulated by applicable laws and regulations
or regulatory agencies.
The information we collect and generate in the Services is stored in Singapore.
You agree to authorize us to store and transfer your personal information/data across borders through
this Policy. We ensure that your personal information is adequately protected in accordance with this

How to manage your information
Access, Correction, Update, Object, and Delete
We encourage you to correct, update and amend your information to make it
correct, more accurate and more effective. You can access your information through the Services and do
so yourself, or ask us to make relevant amendments, additions or deletions. We will use appropriate
technical methods to ensure that you access, update, correct and delete your own information or other
information you provide or generate as much as possible when you use the Services.
In order to ensure the security of your data, we may first require you to
perform real-name authentication when accessing, updating, correcting and deleting the above-mentioned
data. When making a request to access, update, correct or delete your personal data, we will assess
whether there are any rules or exceptions under applicable law that would enable us to object to your
request and inform you of this decision.
For your information collected through COOKIES and WEB BEACON, we also explain
the selection mechanisms available to you in Section III "How we will use COOKIES and similar
technologies". If you wish to search, modify or delete some of your information, please log in to your
DailyShort account to complete the relevant operations. If you have any questions or requests to access,
correct, update, modify and delete your data, you can contact us in the manner explained in Section X
"How to contact us" below.
Unless otherwise provided by applicable laws and regulations, when you correct
or delete your personal information or apply for account cancellation, we may not immediately correct or
delete the relevant information from the backup system, but we will correct or delete such information
when the backup is updated.
(2) Publish and share
The Service not only allows you to share your information with your social
networks, but also allows you to share your information with all users who use DailyShort, such as the
information you upload or post on DailyShort, your responses to information uploaded or posted by others,
personal information you upload or post in public areas of the Service that are not available to
specific users, and location data and log information related to such information. As long as you do not
delete the information you post or share, such information may still be in the public domain; even if
you delete the shared information, such information may still be independently cached, copied or saved
by other users or third parties who are not under our control, or be kept in the public domain by other
users or such third parties. We will not assume any responsibility if you publish or share information
through the above channels, resulting in the disclosure of your information. Therefore, we implore you
and ask you to carefully consider whether to publish or share your information through the above
channels.
(3) Cancellation
Your service account may be cancelled or deleted in accordance with the terms
related to this service in the service agreement and applicable relevant laws and regulations. After the
account is cancelled or deleted, all service information and data related to the account and the service
will be deleted or processed in accordance with the service agreement related to DailyShort. You can
complete the cancellation of the DailyShort account according to the guidance of the DailyShort related
operation page.
(VI) Changing the Scope of Your Consent
Use of the Service requires the provision of certain information, but the
provision of most other information depends on your decision or consent. In the case of processing
personal data based on your consent, you can choose whether to disclose information at any time. You can
change the scope of your consent to our continued collection of information or withdraw your consent by
withdrawing, deleting information, turning off device functions, etc. You can also withdraw your consent
by contacting us in the manner described in Section X below, "How to contact us".
After you withdraw your authorization, we cannot continue to provide you with
the services corresponding to the withdrawal of authorization, nor will we process your corresponding
information. However, your decision to withdraw your consent will not affect the previous processing of
information based on your consent.
(5) Notification of sensitive information
Certain information may be considered sensitive due to its specificity, such as

in the manner described in this policy.
(VI) Constraint Information System Automatic Decision Making
In some business functions, we may only make decisions based on non-human
automated decision-making mechanisms such as information systems and algorithms. If these decisions
significantly affect your legitimate rights and interests, you can ask us for an explanation and we will
provide appropriate remedies.
In response to your above request and for security reasons, you may need to
provide a written request and prove your identity for us to verify. Your reasonable requests will not be
charged in principle, but a fee will be charged for repeated, multiple submissions or requests that

In the following cases, we will not be able to respond to your above

regulations;
(2) Directly related to public safety, public health and major public
interests;
3. Directly related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial and execution
of judgments;
4. We have sufficient evidence to show that you have subjective malice or abuse
of rights;
5. For the protection of your or other individuals' life, property and other
important legitimate rights and interests, but it is difficult to obtain your consent;
6. Responding to your request will cause serious damage to the legitimate rights
and interests of you or other individuals or organizations;
7. Involving commercial secrets;
8. Exceptions to other applicable laws and regulations.
VI Services Provided by Third Parties
The Service may link to social media or other services provided by third parties
(including websites or other forms of service), including:
(1) You can use the "Share" button to share certain content in the service with
third parties, or log in to the service using third-party services. These features may collect your
information (including your log information) and may place COOKIES on your device to correctly operate
the above features;
(2) We may provide you with links to our services through advertising or other
means to enable you to access the services or websites of third parties; and
(3) Other situations of accessing third-party services. For example, in order to
achieve the purposes described in this policy, we may access SDKs or similar applications provided by
third-party providers (such as in the form of embedded code, plug-ins, etc.) so that we can provide you

Some third-party SDKs or similar applications we visit may involve the
collection of user information. If you use such services provided by third parties in the service, you
agree that the third party will directly collect and process your information. We will evaluate the
legality, legality and necessity of such third parties to collect information, require them to take
protective measures for your information, and strictly comply with applicable relevant laws, regulations
and requirements.

The DailyShort service is provided to limit ages only. Juvenile (referring
to natural persons who have not reached the specified age under applicable laws) may not create their
own user accounts and/or use our service. We will protect the information of minors in accordance with
applicable relevant laws and regulations.
We do not knowingly process the personal data of any minor without the
guardian's consent. If you believe that we have any personal data of any minor in your custody, please
contact us through the contact information set out in Section X, "How to contact us", and we will
promptly investigate (and delete, if applicable) such personal information. We will only use or disclose
the personal information of minors as permitted by law and regulations, with the affirmative consent of
a guardian, or as necessary to protect Juvenile.
IX Announcements and Amendments
We may modify the terms of this policy at our discretion, and such modifications
form part of this policy. For major changes (meaning major changes, such as our service model, ownership
structure, the main objects of personal information sharing, transfer or public disclosure, your rights
to participate in the processing of personal information and how to exercise them, our responsible
department for handling personal information security, contact information and complaint channels), we
will provide more prominent notice and you can choose to stop using the service. In this case, if you
continue to use the Service, you agree to be bound by the revised Policy.
Any modification will put your satisfaction first. We encourage you to review

We may make service-related announcements when necessary (for example, when we
suspend certain services due to system maintenance). You may not be able to cancel these service-related
and non-promotional announcements.
